Payment and Refund Policy

Payment must be made in full upfront only after the initial sketch has been approved by the client. I will not proceed to the rendering phase until full payment is received.Regarding cancellations, a full refund is permitted if requested during the sketch phase. If a refund is requested after rendering has already begun, a partial refund of 10% to 50% will be issued, strictly depending on how much progress has been made on the artwork. Once the illustration is fully finished and delivered, no refunds will be accepted under any circumstances. In the rare event that I am unable to finish your commission or fail to meet the specified deadline, a full refund will be issued to you automatically.

Deadlines and Waiting List

My standard delivery window is one to three months per piece. This timeframe depends heavily on the complexity of the illustration and the time of the year, as my schedule fluctuates due to my university coursework. If you are placed on a waiting list, please note that this waiting time does not count toward the production deadline. Your deadline officially begins only after your project leaves the queue and your sketch is approved.

Workflow and Revisions

You are welcome to request as many major changes as needed during the sketch stage, including completely changing the pose, composition, or redrawing the sketch entirely. My goal is to ensure you love the layout before moving forward. However, once the sketch is approved and rendering begins, no major changes such as modifying anatomy or completely changing the pose will be allowed. Only minor adjustments like color corrections or small details are permitted. While there is no strict limit on the number of minor revisions, I kindly ask that your feedback be clear, specific, and sensible to prevent communication issues or unnecessary delays. Corrections are absolutely welcomed.

Usage and Copyright

By default, all artwork is for personal use. You are fully allowed to post it on your social media, use it as an icon or banner, and print it out for your own private merchandising, such as making a personal print or charm for yourself. If you intend to use the artwork for commercial ventures like monetized content, streaming assets, or selling merchandise to the public, the price will be doubled. You must inform me of commercial intent prior to ordering the commission.

Content Boundaries

I am open to drawing standard illustrations, fanart, original characters, and complex renders. I will also draw NSFW content, fetishes, yumeships and gore. I will absolutely not draw content involving shota or loli themes, nor will I draw hate speech, discriminatory art, or malicious content.

Privacy and Promotion

I retain full rights to the artwork. I reserve the right to display the creation process, post the final piece on my social media or portfolio, and use it for my own personal branding, such as profile pictures or banners. If you prefer that your commissioned piece remains confidential and private, please let me know beforehand. I am happy to keep it private. There is no extra fee for this request.
